What for it's done?
30 years of my experience in publishing travel magazines shows that it is impossible to know and love a country or region without knowing and testing local cuisine.
To paraphrase a well-known expression, if you don't like the cuisine of a certain country, it means that you simply haven't found your favorite dish there yet. Keep searching! After all, cuisine can tell you about the history and traditions of any nation no less than its art or folklore.
The goal of this project is to introduce tourists and new immigrants to the main dishes and culinary traditions of the region, to help them understand restaurant menus and the names of products in stores and markets.
In each case, the list can, of course, be supplemented by you!
